• All offers, schemes, and promotional activity done by Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Are subject to market requirements and the management may change at any given point of time stop any such activity as it deems fit without any prior notice.

• All service and product offerings by Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Will be clearly listed to all its sales partners across India on a monthly basis and no commitments other than those specified in such a schedule shall be offered without prior consent with the Business Development department.

• All the sales partners will be solely responsible  and guarantor by default for all the payments of the clients introduced by the partner .In simple words  partners will always we resellers, buy the service  or product from NISPL(Principal Company) and sell it across to the client.

• Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Will be allowed to survey the clients introduced by the partner for the purpose of market research, customer satisfaction index etc.

• No sales made in any region other than that specified in express terms in the contract shall be considered introduced by the partner until and unless explicitly agreed upon.

• No sales leads, market potential reports, potential client leads etc will be guaranteed by Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. However the best effort shall be made by the management of NISPL to assist its partners for the purpose of promoting sales.

• It shall be the partners responsibility to complete all documentation work, collect payments , extend technical advice and consultancy to the client and complete all documentary formalities with the client like project document finalization, Agreement sign and attest, purchase order, release order  etc.

• Neo Info Solutions may if it deems fit fix minimum  targets for all partners if a region is occupied by a partner and the company has sufficient reason to believe that the partner is not actively involved in promoting of the products and service offerings.

• Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Will provide from time to time various online web based trainings and also initial training to all its partners for a better understanding of the business domains and how the dynamics work.

                                                   QUALIFYING CRITERIA TO BECOME A PLATINUM PARTNE
                                                 

• The interested Platinum partner should have an operational sales office in 2-tier/ 3-tier city in India or any rural industrial belt as mentioned in the below attached schedule.

• The partner should have experience in either sales domain or IT/ITES domain.

• The partner should be in capacity to contract on behalf of the company he is representing.

• Minimum stock purchase of 2 LAN licenses or 4 single user licenses or one LAN and 2 single user licenses is a must.

• The invoicing by Neo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall be done in favor of the partner and the partner in return can bill the direct client.

• All the commitments made by the partner in reference to tailored solutions and customized applications shall be subject to prior written approval by NISPL
